This patient visited us in the summer of 2024 to restore his hairline and midscalp through hair transplantation.
These results are shown 12 months after the procedure. A total of 3,015 grafts were transplanted, with an average of 2.9 hairs per graft, covering the area from the hairline to the crown. Among these, 490 single-hair grafts were carefully placed to ensure natural density and soft transitions along the frontal zone.
To maintain and support long-term hair health, the patient is using Finasteride. The surgical approach included the use of WAW 0.85 mm punch tools for extraction. For implantation, we used Sapphire blades (1.5 mm) for bulk graft placement, and finer metal blades (1.2 mm and 1.0 mm) for the feathered frontal zone to achieve a refined, natural appearance.
For a more in-depth look, a close-up video of the case is available on Dr. Emil George’s Instagram. It includes a full examination of the results across all scalp areas, including the donor region.
